Stronghardt is for women who want more than one-size-fits-all workout plans, have tried high-volume gyms, and are still looking for something that helps them stay consistent and actually build strength in their lives. The workouts are structured, and the approach is steady and supportive — designed to help you build strength week after week.
Our coaching is built on consistent communication and regular check-ins, keeping you engaged, supported, and progressing with lasting results. Our coaches know you personally, notice when you miss a session, and follow up to keep you on track — one of the key reasons clients continue to grow stronger year after year.
Training Options
Find your fit.
Every client begins with a consult call. We'll talk through your goals, schedule, and what will help you stay consistent — then match you with the right training option.
This gives us a clear understanding of your background and current needs so we can set you up for success from day one. From there, we'll schedule your onboarding session(s) before you join a small group.

Small Group
Train alongside other women with a coach who guides and supports you every step of the way. After onboarding, you'll join a structured program tailored to your experience and goals — so you can progress at a pace that works for you.
Designed for consistency, connection, and real accountability that keeps you showing up and getting stronger:
- Progressive workouts that build week after week

Virtual Coaching
Coached strength training you can do from your home gym or fitness center. Designed for women who need a flexible way to stay consistent without losing structure and support. Perfect for clients training for fitness events or fitting workouts around travel and busy schedules.

Getting Started
First steps, set up for success.
Before you join a small group program, we start with onboarding session(s) designed to meet you exactly where you are. We'll introduce you to the gym, walk you through the equipment, and make sure you feel confident and comfortable with your coach by your side.
During this baseline session, we train at your pace while also talking through your goals, training history, and any past injuries or limitations.
This is what makes our coaching different from group workouts alone — we don't just place you in a class, we set you up to succeed in it. Our goal is for you to step into your first group session already knowing the flow, understanding the expectations, and feeling ready to get the most out of your training from day one.
- Baseline movement and strength assessment
- Review of your training history, goals, and any injuries
- Guided first workout at your pace
- Getting you set up for your small group membership and/or additional onboarding sessions, as determined by your coach

Miriam
Founder & Lead Coach
Miriam built Stronghardt Training after more than a decade working as a coach and fitness specialist. Over the years, she's worked with hundreds of women, helping them carve out time for themselves and realize their true potential in the gym.
She created Stronghardt to bring together coaching and community in an appointment-based gym setting — focused on high-quality programming and real, lasting results. With a background in education, Miriam approaches strength coaching in a structured, intentional way, always grounded in each person's starting point.

Tonia
CPT & Coach
Tonia joins the team at Stronghardt Training after several years of coaching high school track and field, specializing in the throwing disciplines. Over the past two decades, she has taught group exercise classes, trained distance runners, and competed in both endurance racing and collegiate athletics. She's excited to join the team to help women find their inner athletes and establish life-long training regimens.
In addition to her passion for fitness and strength training, Tonia is a professional photographer, active volunteer, and mother to three strong women.
