Frequently Asked
Practical questions about getting started, what to expect, and what to do if life gets in the way.
How do I get started?
Start with a free 20-minute intro call. We'll talk through your goals, schedule, training history, and any past injuries or limitations. From there, we'll schedule your onboarding session(s).
Your onboarding includes:
- A baseline assessment
- A guided gym introduction
- A workout tailored to your current fitness level
The goal is simple: help you walk into your first group session feeling confident, prepared, and ready to train.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is required. Most of our clients started as beginners.
Our onboarding process is designed to meet you where you are — whether you've never stepped into a gym before or you've been training for years and want more structure, coaching, and accountability.
What should I bring or wear to my first session?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes with a flat, supportive sole. Bring a water bottle, and we'll take care of the rest.
All equipment is provided, including barbells, dumbbells, racks, and accessories.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Let us know during your intro call and onboarding process. Our focus is helping you train safely, consistently, and confidently.
What if I need to miss or reschedule a session?
Life happens. If you need to miss or reschedule, let your coach know as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Consistency matters, and regular attendance is one of the biggest factors in long-term progress. If you've been away for a bit, expect us to check in and help you get back on track.
Still have a question?
